These are pre-release re. Getting combat skills to 40 opens up Casino dailies if you like to group. Almost all the side skills are meaningful, it's not a waste of time to develop them. The process of doing so will get you combat levels, so on a personal level I never pursued leveling once I hit 40 or so.

Storage offers the ability to store items permanently in a secure location. Items dropped on the ground will disappear after a time, and can be picked up by other players.

There are four basic categories of storage.

Inventory Storage

Your own backpack's storage capacity can be increased by leveling up Endurance, through certain recipes (such as from Alchemy or Word of Power, but these appears to be temporary effects), and sometimes granted by placing pockets on items via tailoring. Increased inventory space also appears on many pieces of equipment as a part of the random aspect of equipment drops. Leveling up certain skills will also allow you to divide your inventory storage using Inventory Folders.

Council Vault Storage

Hulon offers expandable storage through the Council Storage Machine system. Additional vault storage slots can be bought at increasing prices. Prices increase rapidly.

• Slot 25 costs 900 Councils.
• Slot 49 costs 8000 Councils.
• Slot 62 costs 20,000 Councils.
• Slot 63 costs 25,000 Councils.
• Slots above 63 increase by 5,000 each time. Slots 81, the final slot, costs 115,000 Councils.

This storage is shared across and can be accessed from multiple zones.

• In Serbule, the vault is accessed through Hulon in the town of Serbule Keep.
• In Eltibule, a Council Vault is accessed through the Dilapidated Council Storage Machine in the courtyard of Hogan's Keep.
• In Kur Mountains, a Council Storage Machine can be found at Gurki's home.
• In Rahu, A Council Storage Machine can be found in the peaceful part of town, under a balcony near a Meditation Pillar.

NPC Storage

Several NPCs offer personal storage that scales depending on your favor level with them. Sometimes, these NPCs have restrictions on the items they will let you store.

Once you unlock your first NPC Storage or Chest Storage in a zone, you will be able to access that storage both through other NPCs that offer storage in the zone, and at specific intractable items.

• In Serbule, a bookshelf in the building next to Hulon's shop.
• In Serbule Hills, a bookshelf in the Tapestry Inn.
• In Kur Mountains, a table near Nightshade.
• In Rahu, a table near Ichin the Ice Master.

Chest Storage

Usable chests can be found throughout the world. These chests are often discovered through exploration, raising favor with NPCs, or the completion of puzzles. An early example is a chest found on Anagoge.

Special storage systems can also be used under certain circumstances.

Account Storage - Transfer Chests

Transfer Chests allow storing and retrieving items between characters on the same account. Currently, four chests exist. They can be found in:

• Hulon's shop in Serbule
• Next to the council storage machine in Rahu
• Qatik's room in the Red Wing Casino

Guild Storage

Players who have joined a guild may have access to Guild Storage chests. This access is dependent on their guild-rank and the access-rights set by the guild master.

There are guild chests in Serbule (2x), Animal Town, Kur Mountains, Rahu (2x) and in the Red Wing Casino.

Ursula Storage

While under the effects of the curse, one variant of Ursula that may be spawned offers 16 storage slots.

Carpentry Storage

Adventurers with some knowledge of Carpentry can craft a range of Storage Crates that allow for a special storage space to be accessed.

Each player that access a storage crate can store their own items. All storage crates allow access to the same items for a player.

• - A small box for storing up to 4 items. Lasts for 5 minutes once deployed.
• - A box for storing up to 8 items. Lasts for 5 minutes once deployed.
• - A box for storing up to 12 items. Lasts for 5 minutes once deployed.
• - A box for storing up to 16 items. Lasts for 5 minutes once deployed.
• - A box for storing up to 20 items. Lasts for 5 minutes once deployed.
• - A box for storing up to 24 items. Lasts for 5 minutes once deployed.
• - A box for storing up to 28 items. Lasts for 5 minutes once deployed.

Finding Stored Items

isearch

The /isearch command searches all storage a players has access to, except for Guild Storage and Transfer Chests.

• /isearch Salt command will return a list of locations and quantities of all items in storage with 'Salt' in the name. and will both appear in the generated list.
• /isearch +Salt command will search for the exact word(s) entered. Only will be displayed.

Inventory Search

Clicking on a magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the inventory window will allow you to use the isearch system without entering a command.

Practical Summoning

A technique for summoning items from nearby storage into inventory, this system becomes accessible once unlocked through the Teleportation] skill. Items held in storage in the same zone as the crafter can be summoned directly to be used in crafting.

It is not possible to use Practical Summoning to retrieve items from Council Vault Storage or Guild Storage Chests.

Red Wing Casino Games

• In Cashfall and Loot Master Match-3, 4 pieces in a row grants an extra turn, 5 in a row grants two extra turns, and 2 matching connected sets of 3 also grants extra turns.
• Losing a match of Monsters and Mantids results in no councils or tokens, but you may receive Cashfall Match-3 tickets depending on how far you progressed.
• Successfully completed Monsters and Mantids games will award 2-3 Crown Tokens as well as the other cash-out rewards.
• Tables of Monsters and Mantids in the High-Stakes room (requiring at least level 30 Gaming) cost 250 councils more to start, but give you +5 max health and a free healing potion at the start.
• The level-up reward of Gaming 'Improved gaming intuition (Monsters and Mantids)' increases a chance to be warned if you attempt to cash-out right before an event (rather than a fight).

Monsters and Mantids

• You can view the in depth instructions at each table. It is a text and dice based game. You start each game with a set of three random skills and have to beat a series of enemies by choosing one of the skills. A 'D' is a six-sided die, so if the skill says it does 2D damage then you will roll 2 dice and the added result will be the damage dealt to the enemy. At the end of each fight you can choose to level up or 'Master' a skill or to eat the enemy for lots of health. During gameplay you may come across a hat which can boost your health or damage, and is often based on rolling doubles. Other special events may happen that could result in loot, a fight, or death depending on how you roll and the event.
• A 'close call' may happen if you finish a fight with 5 or less hit points. When this happens you will get a Cashfall ticket at the end of the game, even if you die.
• You can cash-out periodically throughout the game. If you cash out (instead of dying) you will get councils equal to the amount of gold you have, the Cultural Artifacts you have become Red Wing Tokens
• Monsters and Mantids costs 650 councils downstairs
• The High Roller room Monsters and Mantids costs 900 councils. You start with an extra 5 health and a health potion.

Cashfall, Loot Master, and Loot Master Deluxe

• In game instructions, located on Tutorial Console

'Instructions: drag gems to swap them with their neighbors in order to line up 3 of the same gems either horizontally or vertically. If you match 4 gems at once, you get a free turn, and if you match 5 at once, you get two free turns! (Note:you can only get credit for one 5-match in a single turn.)Learning how to set up 4-gem and 5-gem matches takes a lot of practice, but it's the secret to great high-scores!'

• A game of Loot Master Match-3 cost 500 councils
• A game of Loot Master Deluxe Match-3 costs 800 councils
• A Cashfall ticket is needed in order to play Cashfall Match-3
• Each type of game has a High Scores page. These are rolling high-score lists; entries fall off the list after 7 days
• The score of each game is the amount of councils you receive when it is over. You also get items based on what you earned during the game. Cashfall scores and payouts are higher but the items are always glass. The items and payouts of Loot Master Deluxe tend to be better than Loot Master

• Level 30 Gaming gets you access to the High-Stakes room of the Red Wing Casino.
• Every 10 levels of Gaming allows you to purchase and wear a new Gaming-related title from Qatik in the Red Wing Casino!
